Welcome to the Summer 2025 edition of the Prairie View Paw Print Newsletter! Our school has had many projects going on this summer and we can't wait to have you back in the building to share the many exciting changes with you!

Online registration will be available from August 1-15. Please sign into Family Access on Skyward to register your students.

PRE-ORDER: If you would like to pre-order pictures, click HERE to go to the School & Sports Pics site. Pre-ordering is only available on or prior to the original picture day. ON/AFTER ORIGINAL PICTURE DAY: Students photographed will be sent home with their unique code needed to view / order the pictures. This information will also be emailed to the families once the images are available online. The images will not be available to order online until you receive this email. The code will not change from original to retake day. The retake images will take about 2 weeks to be placed online. If you need the code for your child, it can be requested here: https://codereturn.me/find/1710431618605x392906087214612500You can order over the phone with a credit card by calling (262) 780-2901 or mail the order envelope (available in school offices) to School Pics at: School Pics, 2020 S Calhoun Rd, New Berlin, WI 53151.Question or concerns? Contact customer service at (262) 780-2901. Individual school offices cannot answer questions regarding poses, orders, or payments.

Pictures will also be taken during the school day on Friday September 5th

Parent Square Communication

School communication will be sent via Parent Square. If you have not already, please sign into your account by going to the website or downloading the app and log-in/register using the same email you use for Skyward Family Access. Updating your account and preferences will ensure you receive notifications the way you prefer (text, email, app). You can also choose if you'd like all district wide communication sent once a day around 6:30 PM, or if you'd like to receive communications instantly when they are sent.
